1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutomateIT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

AutomateIT provides:

• AI-powered automation solutions
• Custom bot development (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• API integration services
• Web application development
• Technical consulting and support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in spamming or phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use services for illegal or unethical purposes

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in PLN and are subject to change with 30 days notice. VAT will be added where applicable.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Custom projects are billed according to the agreed terms.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Custom development work is non-refundable once started.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. In case of downtime:

• We will notify affected users promptly
• Service credits may be issued for extended outages
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• You retain ownership of your data and content
• Custom code developed for you becomes your property upon full payment
• We retain rights to our proprietary tools and frameworks

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of project terms

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
